Payment is required when booking. All participants must be at least 16 years of age.

PAR-Q/Medical Questionnaire must be completed prior to booking.

We operate a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Any booking cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be fully refunded. Any later than this or no shows will receive no refund.

3 month minimum commitment.

Membership booking code is not to be shared.

Please arrive in good time for your class. Anyone who arrives 5 minutes or more after the scheduled session start time will not be allowed to join the class and no refund will be given.
